About

John is a freelance artist with over ten years of experience in concept design and illustration for a variety of clients.  

He tackles whatever challenge is thrown at him, enjoying the process of creating solutions to visual problems.  These include designing potent characters, detailed city environments, dynamic creatures, architecturally interesting buildings,  epic illustrations, and massive robots.  

 When left to his own devices, hundreds of mecha doodles appear in John's sketchbook, along with knights, mythical beasts, and post-apocalyptic wanderers.  John also practices his traditional skills painting figures, still life, and landscapes.

John is currently available for contract and full-time studio opportunities.
